Qube Health does not shy away from recognizing both major and small accomplishments. Our new normal consists of month-end birthday parties, festivities, and days when we come to the office in a fun/quirky dress code.

We truly believe working out of our Mumbai HQ office helps in collaboration, but we also recognize that everyone is looking for flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time. The “Work from Anywhere / Whenever!” or “WAW” policy is for those that are a part of the Qube Crew that Exceed Expectations in their monthly performance. They could work out of anywhere!

Our Menstrual Leave Policy provides 24 days a year to women. They can log off for these days and stay at home focusing only on their wellbeing.

HOW WE HIRE

We are very particular about the type of team (“crew”) we are trying to build here at Qube.

Not everyone gets to be a part of the team, and if they do, they have to prove to their team-mates that can make the whole team better, with the addition of skills and work ethic they can bring with them.

Your past work history. We pay attention to this. How long you’ve spent at previous organisations, the kind of work you’ve done there and what your reporting managers have to say about you, and what you have to say about them and those organisations.

The first round is almost always a ‘speed round online interview’, followed by a test assignment, then another interview, either online OR in-person. Then we conduct reference checks and verify your past pay slips. Finally, we call you in for another final interview. This is the norm, but there are exceptions.

If you are joining us for the money, OR as a steppingstone onto the next job that you really want to be at. Qube is a place for people with a 'missionary mindset'. Google it, so you understand what this means. It is also a place for high performers, who are driven and committed to what we're building. If you are not ready to be serious about your work OR not willing to put in the grind, then perhaps we are not the right choice for you.
